Policy
1) Minimum order is $1,200 within NY/NJ metro areas. Higher minimum will apply for outer states. Please call for farther information.
2) All customers are C.O.D., unless company checks have been approved by our financial department. ($35.00 Bank fee will apply, if any NSF checks.) 3) Claims for shortages, damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of order. 4) No returns will be accepted without authorization. Special items are not subject to return. All returns must be fully unopened. 5) Any cancellations or rescheduling of delivery must be notified to us 24 hours prior, otherwise a 5% restock fee will apply. 6) All price are subject to be change without notice. 7) We are not responsible for any typographical errors. |
